内容简介

This study presents the development of an Al2O3-C refractory using tabular alumina, flake graphite, alumina powder, and phenolic resin as the main raw materials, with isostatic pressure used as the forming method. The impact of particle size distribution(particle aggregate 2-1 mm, 1-0.5 mm,0.5-0 mm) on the molding process of Al2O3-C refractory was investigated. Additionally, the influence of adding refractory waste(mainly composed of Al2O3and C) on the mechanical properties of the material was examined. Furthermore, samples containing 30wt% refractory waste were reinforced by adjusting particle size distribution, supplementing solid phenolic resin.
